Shipping & Returns
Fortune may charge such delivery and handling charges as it may in its sole discretion be determined from time to time and applicable taxes. At present, Fortune charges Rs. 150/- (Rupees One hundred fifty only) towards delivery charges for orders valuing less than Rs 1500 / order (applicable for serviceable pin codes). Fortune may in its sole and absolute discretion, without giving any prior notice, may revise delivery charges and minimum order value charges.
In case if incorrect material has been delivered by us then 100 % refund will be made post incorrect material has been picked and all such request should be made within 24 hours from date and time of delivery. Customer needs to store goods in a chilled/ frozen chamber as the case may be till the time goods are not picked. Goods will be picked within 96 hours from the date of customer intimation. Refunds will be completed within 7-10 working days from date of goods are picked. Shipping charges will not be refunded in case of partial return from the order.
The customer may place a request for cancellation of order within 1 hour from the time of placement of the order with proper reason.
Once the cancellation of an order is accepted then the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

General Note for the handling of perishable goods at the time of delivery
On reaching the delivery address, our delivery crew will reach out to you by way of call/intercom so as to deliver goods
For cases where goods have to be delivered to the security desk
In case if the goods have to be delivered to the security desk as per society norms or customer request, then the following process will be followed
In cases where security desk has to accept goods, then they need to sign, put delivery date and time of goods receipt-
Fortune’s delivery teams will inform the customer that the goods have been delivered/ handed over to the security desk by way of SMS / call
Customer needs to ensure that the goods are picked within 5-10 minutes of delivery so as to avoid thermal shock and temperature abuse of products.
For cases where goods have to be collected by the customer
Customer to come down within 5-10 minutes of intimation by the delivery crew so as to accept goods. Customer to ensure that the goods have been received as per invoice and in appropriate condition
In cases where goods cannot be delivered owing to customer non-availability / no response to calls then one additional delivery attempt will be made on the next business day.
If the goods remain undelivered on 2nd attempt too then the order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the customer in 7-10 working days. In all such cases, delivery charges will not be refunded
Shelf Life of products while accepting customer orders
Products with 0-2 months of shelf life – Products with 7+ days of shelf life will be shipped to the customer
Products with 2-6 months of shelf life – Products with 15+ days of shelf life will be shipped to the customer
Products with 6 + months of shelf life – Products with 45+ days of shelf life will be shipped to the customer
